McEntee Law/MusicVisas/ProSportsVisas is a small but mighty immigration law firm.

We have an immediate opening for a part-time Admin Assistant. We have a very close-knit team and we’re excited to find the right candidate.  

We work with clients in all industries including tech/startup, pharmaceutical, music, entertainment, professional sports, and others.  As a law firm founded by immigrants, we pride ourselves in providing excellent service to all our clients.  

Duties of the Admin Assistant will include:  

• Assisting our legal team in preparing visa & green card cases  
• Assembling immigration cases for filing  
• Coordinating appointments for attorneys  
• Setting up new case files & closing out older files
• Communicating with potential clients & responding to emails 
• Updating & maintaining firm case list 
• Performing various administrative & clerical duties, as necessary 

This is an entry-level, part-time position with flexible hours of approximately 10 - 20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate could be a current college student. While no prior immigration experience is necessary, a strong sense of social justice, and a positive, upbeat attitude is required.  

Note: We work out of 2112, the music/entertainment incubator just off the Montrose Blue Line stop. It’s a casual work environment with a very creative vibe. Jeans are appropriate unless there is a client meeting/event.
