Brian Sajdak

Brian is the dedicated Chief Operating Officer at McEntee Law Group, where he oversees the firm’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery. With over 15 years of experience in management roles, Brian brings a deep understanding of leadership complexities and nuances, driving the firm’s success.

Before joining McEntee Law Group in late 2023, Brian honed his expertise and passion for advocacy in various roles. His career began at a youth detention center, where he served as a Project Manager and later as a Supervisor in Charge. In these roles, he oversaw daily operations, created training curricula, implemented systems, reviewed, and updated policies and procedures, and advocated for marginalized communities.

Brian is deeply committed to advocating for immigrants; rights and ensuring they receive the best possible legal representation. He believes in the power of legal advocacy to transform lives, and is passionate about creating systems that are just, efficient, and humane. His unique background allows him to bring a compassionate and comprehensive approach to his role as COO.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, seeing (and playing) live music, and cheering on local sports teams, including the Chicago Fire, Cubs, Bulls, Blackhawks, Red Stars, and Da Bears.
